A truly family run business.

Managing Director Ken Mansfield

Ken has been in the floorlaying industry for many years. He has over 12 years experience working for Tate both as a floorlayer and site supervisor before taking voluntary redundancy in 1992. Shortly after Ken formed Fieldmans Access Floors taking with him the best floorlayers at the time, many of who are still with Fieldmans today. 

Contracts Director Mike Mansfield

Mike worked at Tate with Ken and also has great experience as a floorlayer and site supervisor before joining Fieldmans. Mike is now Contracts Director at Fieldmans and as well as working in our head office he performs many site visits acting as Project Manager.

Part of our dedicated workforce, on the job at Broadgate.

Many of our staff worked with Ken and Mike at Tate and boast over 20 years experience in the industry.

Fieldmans also train our own labour which is approved by CITB (we have advised on CSCS accreditation and sat on CITB general meetings regarding construction and access floorlaying).
