British Land - Case Study

When the current tenants of 155 Bishopsgate left the premises the client, British Land, needed to find new tenants as quick as possible. In order to do this the building needed to be brought up to CAT ‘A’ fit out standard to become a high quality marketable workspace. 155 Bishopsgate forms part of the desirable and well-known Broadgate development.
| Key to this project was to have the office space available to market as quickly as possible. The programme time for the whole fit out, including strip out of the existing space and all other installations, was set to 18 months. Fieldmans Access Floors Limited provided the speed of supply and installation required by the main contractor, 8Build Limited. This was completed to the excellent quality of finish required as economically as possible. Fieldmans were able to ensure all large deliveries and rubbish away was completed outside of normal working hours to help reduce the project time. As part of our determination to operating in the most environmentally friendly site possible, all our waste is kept to an absolute minimum. This also helps reduce the time taken to remove rubbish out of hours and therefore the total project time. |
