Fieldmans Access Floors Customer Satisfaction

Fieldmans Access Floors Ltd were awarded a Bronze Certificate for Customer Satisfaction, based on an independent customer satisfaction survey. This survey was conducted by BenchmarQ between June and September 2008.

BenchmarQ Customer Satisfaction Survey

BenchmarQ wrote to Fieldmans customers explaining that they would be in contact to conduct a telephone survey. BenchmarQ then followed up with a telephone survey which was structured as an interview based questionnaire. When each survey was completed, BenchmarQ collected all the data and scored the respondents on their Customer Satisfaction achieved. Fieldmans Access Floors Limited achieved 65% overall for Customer Satisfaction.

The result overall was very positive, but more importantly Fieldmans were able to identify areas for improvement which can be tackled with staff training and development coupled with tighter procedures. These measures will help ensure that Fieldmans can deliver even better customer service. The plan is to repeat the survey again in 12 months time.
