Invesco (UK) - Case Study
A range of raised flooring ready for different finishes was necessary for this project, with flooring requiring finishing by carpet, stone, vinyl or ceramic tiles. Fieldmans Access Floors supplied and installed medium grade steel encapsulated panels, supported on all steel pedestals, to over 10,000 squared meters of office space ready for carpeting. Approximately 800 square meters of similar raised floor was installed for to receive either a stone finish or ceramic tiles. A 250 square meter area of raised access floor with Weitzer Parkett recommended 2-part polyurethane adhesive was also installed. Vinyl faced panels were required in hub rooms and basement CER rooms.
As a truly independent contractor Fieldmans are in a unique position to offer a range of raised access flooring systems, as required for this project, and so we are free to choose the right product for any job rather than being tied down to any one manufacturer.
