Lindner can select a floor specific for what is required by the customer, and NORTEC is a system for the highest demands of noise and fire protection. The NORTEC panels have been classified as hazard-free by the institut für Baubiologie (Institute for Building Biology) in Rosenheim, Germany. This is due to the emission free nature of the panels, and the fact that they are made from regenerative raw materials.

NORTEC comfort floor system

The NORTEC comfort floor system is a clever combination of an underfloor heating system and raised flooring. This allows greater freedom for the planning of rooms, as there is no need for the installation of radiators. The NORTEC comfort system can also be reversed and cool the room if need be.
