Raised Floor Maintenance

Any raised floor of a certain age will require maintenance but eventually you will consider whether to replace your original raised floor with a new one. There are, however, a number of repairs that a good raised floor company can undertake before a replacement becomes necessary.

FloorAge need not be a factor. Many raised floors can be repaired, no matter how old they are. Concrete sub-floors can be sealed, and raised floor tiles lifted to allow access to the sub-floor.

Of course, the best way to make a raised floor last as long as possible is to clean and maintain it. During the cleaning process it should be possible to identify any tiles or pedestals that need to be replaced. These replacement raised floor tiles and pedestals can be selected so they match the original floor.
