The facility features the latest in training, rehabilitation, medical and media technology complete with a biometric finger print recognition technology for the players entrance. Chelsea Academy in Cobham

The Chelsea Academy in Cobham is one of the most ambitious investments to be made by a football club so far, and took nearly two years to build. Raised flooring is used throughout the training facilities, including in the highly modern player’s gym.

The local Mayor, Councillor Rosemary Dane, spoke at the training grounds official opening praising the construction of the facility, “this project has addressed environmental issues sensitively… they have built a beautiful centre to be proud of”.
