Access Flooring Using Sealsheet
Sealsheet is a high density polyethylene film that is cold applied. It is also coated with a bitumen/rubber self adhesive layer and has a removable reinforced silicone paper. It is often used in basements as a tanking system, externally or internally. Another common use is ground floor DPM, particularly where you have large unobstructed areas that are in need of waterproofing. Assuming product correct application, this product is capable of providing the levels of protection required for grades 1,2,3 & 4 basements.

Sealsheet is also a popular choice because it can be applied quickly due it its zero drying time. It also has factory-controlled thickness so has the additional benefit of self sealing minor damage and imperfections. Due to its elasticity, suspended floors such as beam and block constructions are also easily protected with seal-sheet.
